  • 1/2 c. shoyu
  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tsp. garlic salt
  • 2 tsp. seasoned pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar

Directions

    Cut flank steak into 1/4-inch thick strips with grain.

    Soak overnight in refrigerator.

    Place strips flat on rack over foil and bake in 150° oven for 3 hours.
