- 2 to 3 lb. steak
- 1 bottle soy sauce
- salt
- pepper
- garlic salt
- 1 dash of red pepper
- splash of liquid smoke
Directions

1Cut steak into small thin pieces.

2Add soy sauce, liquid smoke, red pepper, salt, garlic salt and a lot of course ground pepper. Mix this real well with meat.

3Put in an airtight container and store in refrigerator; let marinate for 24 to 36 hours.

4Shake it when you go by the fridge.

5Bake on a cookie sheet for 3 to 4 hours at 170° to 200°.
