- 1 1/2 lb. flank steak, trimmed and partially frozen
- 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. liquid smoke
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. m.s.g.
- 1/3 tsp. garlic powder
Directions

1Slice beef across the grain into 1/4-inch thick slices.

2Place in shallow dish.

3Combine remaining ingredients.

4Pour over beef. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

5Lay beef strips on rack.

6Set over an aluminum foil-lined baking pan.

7Prop oven open with pencil.

8Bake 8 to 12 hours at 150°.
