- 1 1/2 lb. flank steak, trimmed and partially frozen
- 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. liquid smoke
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 1/4 c. Worcestershire
- 1/3 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. m.s.g.
Directions

1Slice beef across grain in 1/4-inch slices.

2Place in a shallow dish.

3In a small bowl, combine remaining ingredients; pour over beef.

4Cover; refrigerate overnight.

5Preheat oven to 150°.

6Lay beef strips on a rack set over an aluminum foil lined pan.

7Place in oven; prop oven door open with a pencil.

8Bake for 8 to 12 hours, or until meat is dry and chewy.
