- 1 flank steak or any lean meat
- 1/2 c. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- garlic salt
- pepper
- 1 1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
Directions

1Semi-freeze the steak.

2Cut into thin strips with the grain. Marinate overnight in the mixture.

3Drain and put strips on racks. Put racks in oven and dry at lowest temperature with the door ajar. This will take about 4 to 6 hours.

4Cool and store in airtight container.

5Great for camping.
