  • 3/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 tsp. meat tenderizer
  • 3 tsp. liquid smoke
  • 3 tsp. onion powder
  • 3 tsp. seasoned salt
  • 1 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 to 3/4 c. water
  • 5 lb. meat
