Ingredients
- 3 lb. lean London broil or chuck roast
- 3/4 c. soy sauce
- 1/4 c. original Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- 2 Tbsp. ketchup or barbecue sauce
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Slice meat diagonally across the grain with a very sharp knife into 1/4-inch thick strips 4-inches long (set aside).

2Combine remaining ingredients into mixing bowl.

3Mix well.

4Pour the marinade mix over the beef strips in a shallow glass dish. Marinate for 30 minutes, turning the meat several times.

5Arrange beef on cake racks placed on cookie sheets lined with aluminum foil.

6Bake in oven at 180° for 12 hours.

7Remove the jerky from the racks.

8Cool to room temperature before storing in airtight jars.
