- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. onion powder
- 1 tsp. hickory smoked salt
Directions

1Cut meat into thin strips no longer than 1/8-inch wide. Marinate for 30 minutes.

2Dry in oven at 150° to 200° for 4 to 7 hours or until dry with oven door slightly ajar.

3Line oven bottom with tinfoil.
