- 2 to 3 lb. thin sliced roast
- 1 to 3 tsp. seasoned salt
- 1 to 3 tsp. liquid smoke
- 1 to 3 tsp. barbecue salt
- 1 tsp. monosodium glutamate (Accent)
- 1 to 3 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 to 3 tsp. black pepper
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
Directions

1The amount of seasoning depends on how hot you want your jerky. Mix all of the spices and pour over meat.

2Marinate for 24 hours in refrigerator.

3Set oven temperature at 150°.

4Place meat on oven racks.

5Cook with oven door propped open about 1-inch. Meat should dehydrate, not cook.
