Ingredients

  • 3 to 4 lb. sliced beef (very thin)
  • 1 bottle soy sauce
  • 1 bottle Worcestershire sauce
  • 5 to 6 Tbsp. ketchup
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder

Directions

    Marinate the sliced meat in the sauces overnight.

    Dry in a food dryer or a screen in the oven 200° or less, if possible. Brush with sauces while drying, 4 to 5 hours, depending on oven temperature.
