  • 3 lb. lean meat
  • 1 Tbsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. onion powder
  • 1 Tbsp. garlic powder
  • 1 to 2 Tbsp. pepper
  • 1/2 c. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 c. soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. dry or prepared mustard

Directions

    Cut jerky into 1/2 by 1/4-inch strips.

    Mix all ingredients together and pour over meat.

    Marinate overnight.

    Remove from marinade and dry on paper towels.

    Dry in oven until dry at 200° or dry on racks over wood stove.
