Ingredients

  • 2 lb. beef chunks
  • 2/3 c. oil
  • 1/2 c. wine red or wine vinegar
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/4 c. soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. dry mustard
  • 24 small precooked potatoes (canned)
  • 24 whole mushrooms (canned)
  • 24 cherry tomatoes
  • 6 green bell peppers, quartered

Directions

    Cut meat into 2-inch cubes.

    Combine all other ingredients, except for vegetables, and mix well.

    Pour over meat; refrigerate several hours or overnight.

    One hour before cooking kabobs, place the vegetables (precooked (precooked potatoes, mushrooms, cherry tomatoes and bell peppers) in with the meat.

    Put on skewers; cook on grill.
