- 4 lbs. sirloin, cut in one to two inch pcs

1Mix marinade and pour over meat cubes.

2Let stand overnight in refrigerator.

3Skewer the meat and cook over charcoal (or possibly in oven broiler) 30 min.

4Baste and turn occasionally (every 10 min).

5Pcs of green pepper, small onions, mushrooms, and tomatoes may be used alternately with meat cubes or possibly skewers.

6Makes 8 kabobs.

7Approximately 6 to 7 pcs per skewer.
