  • 1 can Green Beans, French Style
  • 1/2 cans Small Green Peas
  • 1 jar Diced Pimentos
  • 1 whole Onion, Large; Chopped
  • 1 whole Green Pepper, Large, Chopped
  • 4 stalks Celery, Diced
  • 1 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1 cup Canola Oil
  • 1/2 cups Apple Cider Vinegar

Directions

    Drain well the French style Green Beans, Green Peas, and Pimentos.

    Add chopped onion, green pepper and celery.

    Mix vinegar and sugar till sugar melts. Add canola oil. Stir into vegetables.

    Chill well, preferably overnight. Even better two days.
