Ingredients
- 1/2 kg tenderloin or sirloin beef
- 1 can cream of mushroom
- 1 cup water
- 1 can button mushroom (slice)
- 1/3 cup light soy sauce
- 1/2 stick unsalted butter
- 1 pinch of ground pepper
- 2 cup water (enough to cover the beef)
Directions

1Using unsalted butter fry beef in medium heat.

2Do not over fry it.

3Add 2 cups of water and light sauce.

4Simmer until beef tender.Sprinkle with ground pepper.

5In a bowl mix cream of mushroom with 1 can of water.

6Stir until no lumps seen.

7Set aside.

8Pour cream of mushroom when beef is tender.

9Simmer until sauce thicken.

10Add the button mushroom.

11Adjust the taste when needed.
