Beef Marinade

  • 1/2 c. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 3 Tbsp. wine vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar

Directions

    Boil for 5 minutes. Pour over beef. Put in fridge at least 2 hours. Best if left overnight.

    Shake to mix occasionally. Fix beef as desired.
