- meat (rump or chuck)
- 15 oz. soy sauce
- 1/4 c. brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 c. water
Directions

1Combine all ingredients.

2Stab both sides of meat (rump or chuck).

3Sprinkle with meat tenderizer.

4Place meat in baking dish or bowl.

5Pour marinade over meat.

6Refrigerate for 24 hours. Grill meat 1/2 hour on each side.

7Baste while cooking.
