- 1/2 c. soy sauce
- 3 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
- 2 large cloves garlic, crushed
- 1/2 c. sesame or vegetable oil
- ground black pepper to taste
Directions

1Whisk the soy sauce, sesame oil, vinegar and a generous amount of pepper in a medium bowl.

2Mix in the garlic.

3Pour over your favorite beef (flank steaks, chuck roast, etc.), turning to coat all sides.

4Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight, turning the steaks occasionally.

5Now the beef is ready for your grill or broiler.
