  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 (16 oz.) can refried beans
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/3 c. chili salsa or taco sauce
  • 1 c. black olives, sliced
  • 12 corn tortillas (room temperature)
  • 12 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 2 (10 oz.) cans enchilada sauce
