- 1 c. flour
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1/4 c. powdered sugar
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
Directions

1Cream together flour, butter and powdered sugar.

2Press into 8 or 9-inch square pan.

3Bake 20 minutes at 350°.

4Cool.

5Mix rest of ingredients well.

6Pour over cool crust.

7Bake at 350° for 25 minutes longer.

8Sprinkle sifted powdered sugar on top as soon as removed from oven.

9Cool before cutting.
