- 4 flour tortillas (10-inch)
- 1 (8 oz.) carton onion and chive cream cheese spread
- 1 c. shredded carrots
- 1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 lb. thinly sliced cooked roast beef
- leaf lettuce
Directions

1Spread one side of each tortilla with cream cheese.

3Layer with beef and lettuce. Roll up tightly and wrap in plastic wrap.
