- 1 lb. pork shoulder
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 2 Tbsp. cooking oil
- 1 c. diced celery
- 1 medium green pepper, cut in strips
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 13 1/2 oz. can pineapple, undrained chunks
- 1/4 c. catsup
- 1 Tbsp. mustard
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 4 c. cooked rice
Directions

1Brown pork bits with a mixture of flour, salt and pepper in oil in large skillet.

2Mix all ingredients, except rice.

3Simmer, covered 30 minutes.

4Pour barbecue sauce over pork. Bake in warm oven for 30 minutes.
