  • 1 lb. pork shoulder
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. cooking oil
  • 1 c. diced celery
  • 1 medium green pepper, cut in strips
  • 1 small onion, sliced
  • 13 1/2 oz. can pineapple, undrained chunks
  • 1/4 c. catsup
  • 1 Tbsp. mustard
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 c. cooked rice

Directions

    Brown pork bits with a mixture of flour, salt and pepper in oil in large skillet.

    Mix all ingredients, except rice.

    Simmer, covered 30 minutes.

    Pour barbecue sauce over pork. Bake in warm oven for 30 minutes.
