  • 1 Tbsp. dry sherry
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (at room temperature)
  • 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise or salad dressing
  • 1 (2 1/2 to 3 oz.) pkg. smoked sliced beef, finely snipped
  • 1/4 c. pimiento-stuffed olives, chopped
