  • 3 small onions, cut fine
  • 4 large pieces of celery, sliced
  • 4 medium potatoes, thick sliced or chunks
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. instant tapioca
  • 18 oz. V-8 juice or 3 small cans
