  • 1 round steak (cut in pieces) or cube steaks
  • 1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1/3 c. bread crumbs
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 medium onion, minced
  • 1/2 tsp. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. oregano
  • 1 can tomato paste
  • 2 c. hot water
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 lb. shredded Mozzarella
