- 3 c. beef cubes
- 2 Tbsp. Crisco
- 1 1/2 c. onion, chopped
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1/4 c. ketchup
- 1 1/2 c. celery, chopped
- 1 1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. mustard
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 2 (9-inch) crusts
Directions

1Dip beef cubes in flour and brown in Crisco.

2Salt and pepper and cook until tender in a little water.

3Heat shortening in skillet; add celery, onion and green pepper; saute until soft. Stir in beef, soup and seasonings.

4Place meat mixture between two pastry crusts, slashing top to make steam vents.

5Bake in hot oven (400°) for 40 to 50 minutes.
