  • 1 unbaked deep dish pie crust
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 can cream of potato soup
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 2 Tbsp. finely chopped onions or 1 tsp. onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp. salt and pepper
  • 3/4 c. shredded cheese (Cheddar or Mozzarella)

    Preheat oven to 350°.

    Bake pie crust 10 minutes.

    Brown and drain hamburger.

    Mix soup, eggs, salt, pepper, onions and milk; add beef and cheese.

    Pour into pie shell; cover edges with foil. Bake 1 hour or until knife comes out clean.
