Pineapple Cake

  • 1 box pineapple supreme cake mix
  • 1 (8 oz.) sour cream (no fat)
  • 1 (12 oz.) Cool Whip (light)
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 large can crushed pineapple in own juice

Directions

    Cook cake layers and cool.

    Mix together sour cream and sugar. Let set for 5 minutes or until no longer grainy.

    Add drained pineapple, then stir in Cool Whip.

    Use pineapple juice to pour over cake layers.

    (I cut my layers to make 4 layers.)

    Frost cake when cool and refrigerate.
