  • 300 grams beef, cut into cubes
  • 1/4 pineaple
  • 1 apple
  • 1 black pepper
  • 1 white pepper
  • 1 salt
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp oregano
  • 1/2 onion, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, choped
  • 1 tsp soya oil
  • 1/3 tsp lime juice

    Peeled and cut the fruits (pineaple and apple)

    Preheat the skillet with soya oil

    Lower the heat, saut the onion and garlic till smells nice

    Add beef and sprinkel salt, balck pepper, white pepper, oregano, basil, and chili powder.

    Turn the heat into medium

    Sauted until slightly browned.

    Then add the lime juice, pineaple, and apple

    Saute until slightly wilted.
