  • 4 cups pecans, chopped
  • 4 cups bread cubes
  • 4 tbsp. butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
  • 1/2 cup sweet red pepper, minced
  • 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
  • 1-1/2 cup chicken stock
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350F.

    Combine all ingredients, season with salt and pepper.

    Place in greased 9x13-inch baking dish, cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes.

    Remove foil and bake for 15 minutes.
