- 1 1/2 tsp. horseradish
- 1 1/4 c. (5 oz.) shredded Monterey Jack cheese, divide
- 2 deep dish pie crust shells, thawed

2Remove frozen crusts from pie tin (gently fold the edge of the pie tin away from the crust until the crust releases).
