- 3 to 4 lb. top sirloin roast
- 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 soup can milk
- garlic
- pepper
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 2 bay leaves
Directions

1Rub roast with pepper.

2Line a pan with aluminum foil.

3Place roast on aluminum foil.

4Pour dry onion soup mix on top of roast. Mix mushroom soup and milk together and pour over roast.

5Add oregano, bay leaves and garlic.

6Wrap foil around roast and fold to seal.

7Bake at 300° to 350° for about 3 hours.

8This makes an excellent gravy to serve with rice.
