- 3 to 4 lb. beef roast
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 pkg. dried onion soup mix
- pepper to taste
Directions

1Put 1/2 can of soup on a double piece of foil large enough to wrap around roast.

2On top of that, put 1/2 of the package of dried onion soup mix.

3Put roast on top and add remaining soup and onion soup on top of roast.

4Wrap in foil and place in shallow pan. Bake in a 300° oven for 1 hour per pound.

5Makes a delicious roast and gravy all in one. Also a good way to fix chicken.
