  • 1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
  • 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1/2 c. Swiss cheese
  • 1 c. Cheddar cheese
  • 1/3 c. onion, diced
  • salt
  • pepper

Directions

    Brown the meat; drain and set aside.

    Blend mayonnaise, milk, eggs and cornstarch until smooth.

    Stir in the meat, grated cheeses, onion, salt and pepper.

    Turn into the pie shell.

    Bake at 350° for 35 to 45 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
