- 1 (6 lb.) rump roast
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 can mushroom soup
- minced garlic
- 1 pkg. onion soup mix
Directions

1Take sharp fork and stick holes in the roast.

2Rub roast with salt and pepper, minced garlic, onion and soup mix.

3Rub into the holes thoroughly.

4Wrap in foil.

5Before sealing foil, pour mushroom soup over roast.

6Seal tightly and cook at 300° for 5 or 6 hours in oven.
