- 3 or 4 lb. sirloin pot roast (boneless)
- 7 or 8 potatoes or enough to go around meat
- 4 or 5 carrots
- 1/2 c. onions, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- salt
- pepper
- 3 Tbsp. flour (for gravy)
Directions

1Put salt and pepper on roast; dust with flour and brown in 3 tablespoons oil.

2Take out and put in a big roast pan.

3Put potatoes, cut in quarters around roast.

4Add carrots cut in about 1-inch pieces.

5In pan where meat was browned, add 3 tablespoons flour, salt and pepper and brown.

6Add enough water to make a thin gravy.

7Add chopped onions and Worcestershire sauce.

8Pour over roast and potatoes and carrots.

9Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 350° for about 3 hours.
