- 1 pkg. Lipton dry onion soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- potatoes
- carrots
- 1 (3 to 3 1/2 lb.) roast
Directions

1Butter bottom and 1/2 way up sides of pan.

2Sprinkle onion soup in bottom of pan.

3Lay roast on top of soup.

4Put potatoes and carrots around roast.

5Mix soups and 1 1/2 to 2 soup cans of water.

6Pour on top of roast.

7Cover and cook at 350° for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
