- 3 lb. chuck or sirloin roast
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup, mixed with 1 c. water
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Cover large roasting pan with enough foil to wrap roast in. Wash roast, salt and pepper one side.

2Pour 1/2 of mushroom mixture in roaster.

3Put roast in mixture, salted side down.

4Pour rest of soup mixture on top of roast.

5Salt and pepper this side.

6Roll sides and ends of aluminum foil.

7Cook in oven at 325° for 3 hours. Can be fixed the night before and cooked next morning (before going to church).
