- 2 lb. tenderloin
- mustard
- sliced carrots
- sliced Polish dill pickles
- 1 can College Inn beef broth
Directions

1Slice tenderloin very thin (you may also use thin sliced sandwich steaks).

2Pieces should be about 4 1/2 x 3-inch.

3Spread mustard on steak and put two pieces each of carrots and pickles on top.

4Roll and fasten each with toothpicks.

5Lightly brown in frying pan and add beef broth.

6Simmer lightly until done.

7Serve with mashed potatoes and tossed salad.
