  • 3 lb. chicken breasts (boneless and skinless)
  • 1/4 c. soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. wine vinegar or apple cider
  • 1 Tbsp. Crisco oil
  • 1 tsp. minced garlic
  • 1/4 tsp. oregano

Directions

    Arrange single layer of chicken in 10 x 13-inch baking dish. Blend other ingredients.

    Pour over chicken.

    Cover with foil. Refrigerate and marinate up to 4 hours or all day, if desired. Bake covered 45 minutes at 375°, then uncover and bake 15 more minutes.
