- 2 round steaks (1/4-inch thick)
- mustard
- salt
- pepper
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 4 strips bacon
- 3 Tbsp. oil
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 dill pickle, chopped fine
Directions

1Cut each steak in half and pound to tenderize.

2Spread each piece with mustard, salt and pepper.

3Place bacon, onion and dill pickle on top.

4Roll each steak and secure with a toothpick.

5Heat oil in a Dutch oven and brown meat on all sides.

6Turn heat down and simmer about 1 1/2 hours or until tender.

7Combine 2 tablespoons flour with 1/4 cup water.

8Add to pan and simmer.
-
9Add sour cream and heat thoroughly.
