- 1 1/2 pound beef, round steak 1/2 inch thick
- 4 slices bacon
- 3/4 cups celery diced
- 3/4 cups onions diced
- 1/2 cup green bell peppers diced
- 10 ounces beef gravy canned

1Cut steak into four serving pieces.

2Place bacon slice on each piece of meat.

3Mix celery, onion and green pepper.

4Place about 1/2 cup mixture on each piece of meat.

5Roll up meat.

6Secure ends with wooden picks.

7Wipe beef rolls with paper towels.

8Place in Crock-Pot.

9Pour gravy evenly over steaks to thoroughly moisten.

10Cover Crock-Pot and cook on Low for 8 to 10 hours or on High for 4 to 5 hours.

11Skim off fat before serving.
