  • 1 lb cooked roast beef or 1 lb ground beef, cut into small chunks
  • 1 cup mild salsa
  • 1 green bell pepper, trimmed and chopped
  • 4 cups cooked rice or 4 cups cooked short pasta
  • salt and pepper
  • 12 lb cheddar cheese, diced

Directions

    In bowl, combine all ingredients with cheddar cheese.
