  • 2 (29 oz.) cans hominy, drained (or 4 regular cans)
  • 2 (4 oz.) cans chopped green chilies, drained
  • 4 Tbsp. butter
  • 2 (8 oz.) sour cream
  • 1 1/2 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp. chili powder

    Combine ingredients and bake 20 minutes at 350°.
