  • Peanut dipping suce:
  • 1 tbsp veg oil
  • 1 tbsp red curry paste
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 C coconut milk
  • 1/3 C peanut buter
  • 1/4 roasted unsalted peanuts
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tbsp fish sauce
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
