- 2 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes
- 1 medium carrot, sliced
- 1 Tbsp. minced ginger root
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lb. lean beef steak
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 16 oz. green beans, drained
- 2 c. cooked rice
Directions

1Drain fruit, reserving syrup.

2Combine reserved syrup, vinegar, ginger, pepper flakes and garlic (can use garlic powder). Add meat; marinate 30 minutes or more.

3Thoroughly drain meat, reserving marinade.
