Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. vegetable oil
  • 1/2 c. lemon juice
  • 1/4 c. soy sauce
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 2 lb. beef, cut unto 1 1/2-inch cubes
  • 1 large green pepper, cut into 1-inch squares
  • fresh, medium sized mushrooms
  • small onions
  • cherry tomatoes

    Combine first 6 ingredients in a bowl.

    Add beef cubes. Cover and refrigerate at least four hours or overnight, stirring occasionally.
