  • 4 medium onions, cut up
  • 2 Tbsp. parsley
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 c. diced potatoes (optional)
  • 2 cans filled with water
  • 3 carrots, cut into bite-size pieces
  • 4 celery stalks, cut into bite-size pieces
