Beef Stew

Directions

   In crock-pot, add stew meat, sliced carrots, potatoes and onions.

   Add 1 small bottle ketchup with equal amounts water, making sure potato-meat mixture is covered; may need to add more. Salt to taste.

   Cook slowly for 4 to 6 hours.

   Also may simmer on stove until meat is done and tender.
