- 2 lb. stew meat, floured, seasoned and browned
- 6 potatoes, peeled and diced
- 1 lb. carrots, peeled and sliced
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 can peas with juice
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- dab of water
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1After you have browned the stew meat, put in a pot and add potatoes, carrots and onions, with enough water to cover and cook until tender.

2Add peas with juice.

3Put cornstarch in a cup with salt and pepper; add just enough water to make a liquid.

4Pour into stew and cook until thickened.
